Primary 6 are delighted to be selected by the Loughs Agency to participate in the Salmon Ambassador Programme. Throughout this programme, the Primary 6s have been learning about the life cycle of the Atlantic Salmon & migration and threats that these Salmon face. Our Eco Team have also been keeping a close eye on our Salmon to ensure that they survive each life stage. We have witnessed 2 life stages so far- Eggs & Alevin. This has been a very interesting programme so far, and we cannot wait to continue the programme after Easter.
