3Sixty Bicycle Stunt Show
Mrs Bryson got us all cycling to school in June as part of the Sustrans Cycle to Summer Scheme. The number of journeys was recorded every day with prizes for the pupils who completed most cycles to and from school. The overall aim was to get more people coming to school on their bicycles, and to be the top cycling school in Londonderry.
Cycling to school is a great way to build regular physical activity into young people’s lives and the pupils of our school really rose to the challenge, becoming the champion cycling school in Londonderry.
Many thanks to the pupils who took part, and to the parents who supported the scheme by accompanying their children as they cycled to school . And of course a big thank you to Mrs Bryson for co-ordinating the scheme. The very special prize was a visit by the 3SIXTY Bicycle Stunt Team and you can view the photographs of this exciting display below.
